I’ve had so much fun connecting with past students, friends and family during our cookbook pick-ups the past few weeks! Thanks again to everyone who ordered a copy!

Now that the dust of the cookbook production process has settled (read all the ups and downs here and here!), I’m excited for the official launch of the cookbook!

My friends at Market Fresh will be hosting the official cookbook launch event on September 21 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Market Fresh is not only one of my favourite places to find authentic Italian ingredients locally, they’re also the exclusive Guelph retailer of the cookbook.

Event Partners

I’ll be there signing copies beginning at 5:00 p.m., plus from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Market Fresh has planned tastings and demos of authentic Italian and DOP ingredients you can find in store to create the recipes.

I’m excited to share we’ll also have representatives from Saputo sampling Italian meats and cheeses, and Sarafino doing tastings of olive oil. Sarafino imports and distributes olive oil from my ancestral hometown in Italy!

It’s going to be a fun evening and I hope you’ll join me for this open house style event! See you there!
