La Cucina di Natalina is an independent home-based cooking school dedicated to sharing our passion for Italian food and culture.

We’re bringing homemade cooking back by teaching you how to create wholesome, nutritious, flavourful meals for everyday and entertaining. Here’s what you can expect when you attend a class.

We teach you how to make spectacular authentic Italian and Southern Italian cuisine using cherished family recipes and cooking tips and techniques passed down from generations of Italian mamas and grandmothers.

Finest Quality Ingredients
& Fresh Local Produce

We partner with only the finest quality Italian ingredient producers and suppliers to ensure every dish made in La Cucina di Natalina is truly authentic.

We use local ingredients whenever possible and seasonal produce from our vast vegetable and herb gardens.

Small Class Sizes

Most classes are limited to only 10 students to provide a family-style, “communal” cooking environment.

Government-Inspected,
Professional Teaching Kitchen

Our newly renovated kitchen is a government-inspected, professional teaching kitchen with modern tools and appliances, including induction and ceramic cooktops, and electric and convection ovens.
